“We contracted Samuel James Homes to construct two stone/brick
veneer houses. We found Samuel James Homes to be very approachable
and helpful with selection of stone, modifications to layouts, selection
of kitchen appliances, fittings and finishes and detailed design of
kitchen, bathroom and en-suite cupboards. We found that the supervision
was very good, the site was kept tidy from the initial period of demolition
of an existing building throughout the entire period of construction.
The tradesmen used were experienced, friendly and approachable and
were required to maintain high standards in all their work. Attention
to detail in finishing of work by all trades was of a high standard.
