It has been exactly a year since we moved into our Samuel James Home. Thuy and I just wanted to take a minute to send a thank you note to all of you for everything you have done for us. We love our home and it is truly a dream home. The entire team a Samuel James Homes is fantastic to work with (Mark, Arron, Danielle, Zoe and Mira). I have told many friends it was like building our home with our family. We chose to build with Samuel James after our first meeting with Mark, at the Centauri display. Samuel James Homes truly listened to all our needs and wishes throughout the whole process. Before deciding to build we heard many horror stories from friends regarding the building process. We are very fortunate to say that we cannot relate to any of those stories. And as a matter of fact, we are very sad that the process has ended as we truly enjoyed every moment.

If anyone were to ask would you build again with Samuel James Homes…. the answer is 100% yes.

We wish to congratulate and commend Samuel James Homes for an outstanding construction for our home last year.

We wanted a beautiful, premium home with comfort, great design and state of the art appliances. Well, they delivered on all counts and much, much more. The construction was stress-free.

The Samuel James team are a very close-knit “family” who were always friendly and eager to help. Initially we met with senior sales consultant Mark Raphael, an excellent manner and very attentive to our needs. His advice was invaluable, as was the in- house architect/designer. It was at this time that we began to relax and envisage that we had made the correct choice in choosing Samuel James Homes for the construction. The process from this stage to handover was very precise in all stages, with input and advice from Paul, John and Jim( the partners) as well as the very friendly office staff(Danielle, Zoe and Mira) who were always very attentive to any queries and always with a caring attitude. The partners were to be commended for their valuable input, organisation, high standards and premium quality throughout.. It is rare to see such standards in a building company and as a result the whole process was made stress free and with minimal hassles.

A special mention must be made for the Project Manager, Aaron. He was outstanding, extremely reliable friendly, attentive to all our questions and “on the ball”. He made the whole process extremely pleasant.

All in all, we have a beautiful home now that we are extremely proud of and as a result, very proud of Samuel James Homes. We have no hesitation in recommending them to friends, family and contacts. Thank you Samuel James Homes. We wish you every success in the future.

We decided on building our dream home with Samuel James after visiting almost every display home available in Adelaide. We had seen some beautiful homes, but once we saw their display home in Blackwood, we were sure they were the right choice.

Having never been through a build before, our fears of building disappeared upon meeting the design team. The staff were able to answer every question and cater to all of our needs, without hesitation. They spent the time to get to know us, they asked many questions, all to ensure they would be able to deliver our requests. And they did so in spades!

From the broader structural design, to the minute details of colour matching, door stops, etc they were able to showcase every option available to us. There were times where they had to hold our hands and walk us through this process.

For example, we were sure we knew what we wanted as far as the floor plans go!
However, being the professionals that they are, they had thought of every possible scenario and helped us to amend our ideas when needed, all in an effort to help us achieve our dream.

The people we worked with, from the office personnel, to the construction team, the landscape team and each and every trade that helped to build our home, were terrific. They were clear n their tasks, took every opportunity to discuss each stage with us, and made us feel like part of their well oiled machine.

The final result is a home that we are all so proud of. Even now, more than a year after we moved in we are still amazed at the beautiful home we live in. For this we are eternally grateful to the team at Samuel James.

Our relationship with Samuel James began from the first day we met your Senior Sales Consultant (Mr. Mark Raphael), who listened attentively to our specific needs and provided detailed advice on our building options without at any stage adopting a 'hard-sell approach'. Your designer consistently amazed us with design options which were eye-catching yet practical for daily living use. Your project manager smoothly guided the construction process without any delays or unpleasant surprises. Carrying a 'nothing is impossible' attitude, the people at Samuel James were always patient and responsive to all our questions and suggestions. After exhaustive research we couldn’t go past the quality and value for money of the Samuel James building option. Sure it was a little dearer than the others but you can tell in the fit and finish. Every staff member was genuine and caring .... nothing was too much trouble.

Final inspection and handover by the owner of the company proved to me that everyone in the company was prepared to put their name to the final product.

Samuel James made the process of building our new home easy and stress free. Samuel James customised our home to the size of our block and to our specific requirements. We contracted Samuel James Homes to construct two stone/brick veneer houses. We found Samuel James Homes to be very approachable and helpful with selection of stone, modifications to layouts, selection of kitchen appliances, fittings and finishes and detailed design of kitchen, bathroom and en-suite cupboards.

We found that the supervision was very good, the site was kept tidy from the initial period of demolition of an existing building throughout the entire period of construction. The tradesmen used were experienced, friendly and approachable and were required to maintain high standards in all their work. Attention to detail in finishing of work by all trades was of a high standard. We are both extremely pleased with the results, would certainly use them again if the situation arose and have no hesitation in recommending Samuel James Homes as builders to anyone.
